Yoga Classes

A regular yoga class is the perfect way to reconnect with other people, learn new skills and enhance your understanding of this ancient practice. Yoga by Gillian offers 3 unique classes throughout the week for you to choose from.

All classes can be booked below, with further information to be found on Facebook or the booking page. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding attending classes.

Beginner’s Yoga
Mondays 6.15pm-7.15pm

Are you new to yoga or maybe you want to refresh your practice after some time away? Then this is the class for you! Each week we will work through breathwork, yoga postures, meditation and guided relaxation.

Yin Yoga
Thursdays 7pm-8pm

Yin yoga is a slow form of yoga where poses are held for a longer period of time. This, in turn, creates a deeper release of tightness and tension in the body and mind. Leaving you feeling nurtured and relaxed.

Weekend Wind Down
Saturdays 9.30am-10.30am

Start your weekend with a slow and mindful yoga class, designed to release the week and ease you into the weekend. We will use breathwork, yoga poses and guided relaxation to kick-start your weekend.
