Thank you for signing up for the Ten to Zen online yoga challenge. Over the next 10 days we will work together to manage stress, boost well being, improve sleep and lower anxiety. Below you’ll find links to download your Accountability Tracker and your Journaling Log Workbook.

Accountability Tracker – use this to keep yourself on track, to tick off the days completed and to watch yourself progress on your yoga journey.

Journaling Log Workbook – this is where the magic happens. When you’ve finished your yoga practise, take out this workbook and use the daily prompt to help you record your journey.
