Yoga Workshops and Retreats are an excellent way to supplement your regular practice, take some time out to relax and re-set and maybe even to learn something new.  These events cater to all ability levels, unless otherwise stated.

Yoga and Afternoon Tea

This half day yoga retreat will give you the chance to cultivate more balance in your life through yoga, meditation, relaxation and food! Taking time for self-care has many benefits which can be far reaching. Why not treat yourself to some ‘me time,’ make some new friends and enjoy a day of yoga?

Features of the day:

  • 90 minute Yoga Flow class – this will build heat and focus on creating balance in the mind and body, through pranayama (a breathing technique) and carefully chosen postures.
  • Guided meditation.
  • Afternoon tea, served in a Private Dining Area. Choose from a healthy option, or treat yourself to the full version. *Gluten free and vegan options available, please get in touch.
  • 90 minute Yin Yoga class – will focus on balancing the body and mind through a series of complimentary postures.
  • 30 minute Yoga Nidra to ensure you are completely relaxed.

108 Sun Salutations for charity

108 is a sacred number in yogic philosophy, and the practice of completing 108 Sun Salutations to mark the summer and winter solstices has become a tradition of modern yoga.

We work through 4 sets of 27 Sun Salutations, taking a short break in between sets. Each participant works at their own pace, taking any necessary rest breaks or modifications (think stepping back instead of jumping!) and completes as many of the 108 as they possibly can.

This is a great opportunity to do some yoga to celebrate the winter solstice, marking the changing of the seasons, to raise some money for a worthwhile cause and to do a bit of yoga.

All money raised will go towards helping vulnerable members of our society at Christmas.

Pre-Christmas Chill Out Yoga

Why not book yourself a little bit of time out this festive season, with a 2 hour yoga-fest designed to leave you feeling warm, happy and completely relaxed? This is the perfect antidote to all the running around we tend to get involved with in the build up to Christmas.

  • Relaxing pranayama (breath work) and meditation
  • Yin yoga practice –  holding postures longer to release and stress connective tissue and joints
  • Yoga Nidra (guided deep relaxation)

Summer Yoga Escape
Yoga and Meditation
