Beginners Ashtanga Yoga

Beginners Ashtanga

An ideal introduction to the amazing world of yoga. The Ashtanga Primary Series is a set sequence of postures, completed in the same order, using the breath as a guide to flow from pose to pose. This class gives you an ideal foundation for developing a regular yoga practice. Class begins with Sun Salutations and moves onto a selection of standing poses. We will then move onto seated forward folds and twists, before coming to the ‘closing sequence.’ This class offers the opportunity for practitioners to progress in their own practice and to measure their yoga journey through their responses to each posture, each time the step on the mat. Class will end with the chance to snuggle under a warm blanket, put on a lavender scented eye mask and lay back in a guided relaxation. Click here to book your mat.

This class is suitable for complete beginners to yoga and for those who have attended a different style of class. All you need is a sense of wonder at what you could be capable of achieving.

Candlelit Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow and gentle form of yoga which works on unfolding and releasing tension from deep within the body. Using the breath to hold focus, we try to cultivate qualities of patience, softness, effort and dedication. Yin yoga is an ideal complement to an active lifestyle, making it perfect to aid recovery between gym sessions. It is also a great introduction for those new to yoga, or those who need to slow down and switch off for a bit.

This class ends with a 15-minute Yoga Nidra guided relaxation. Leaving this class, you will feel stretched and relaxed both mentally and physically. To book your space, please click here.

Summer is the season of socialising, bringing more joy and fun into our lives and getting out there to enjoy the best of the season. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is the time of year when we can reach our maximum potential.
In this yoga class we will begin with a calming pranayama (breathwork) practice to help us settle into the class ahead. Flowing through a linked series of postures, we will continue to focus on the breath, building heat in the body to aid the release of tension and tightness. Finally class will end with a seasonal guided relaxation. Click here to book.

Making it to the weekend can sometimes be a massive challenge. All we want to do is have a well-earned lie-in and take some time to recharge for the week ahead. This 75-minute class is the perfect combination of recharging and relaxation. We will work through a series of Yin-yoga postures, designed to release tension and stress from deep within the body. Using yogic breathing techniques, we will calm and restore the mind, ready for a 20-minute Yoga Nidra guided relaxation. Click here to book your space.

  • £7.50 Drop In for 60-minute class
  • £10 Drop In for 75-minute class

All classes must be booked in advance.

Terms and Conditions

Places are strictly limited to ensure that everyone receives adequate support and time with the teacher. Your space is only secured upon receipt of payment. As classes can be quite busy, it is advisable to book and pay online prior to attending.  No refunds will be offered if you cancel your booking within 24 hours before the start of class.
