Weekly Classes

Beginners Ashtanga

This 60 minute class works through a set sequence of postures, using the breath as a guide. Suitable for those with some fitness experience.

Mindful Yin Yoga

A 60 minute bliss-out class working on deep release of tension, increased mobility, all while moving slowly and mindfully. Beginners welcome.

Seasonal Flow

60 minutes of flowing movement which takes it’s theme from 5 Element Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Beginners welcome.
