A 60 minute bliss-out class working on deep release of tension, increased mobility, all while moving slowly and mindfully. Beginners welcome.

Saturday Lie-Yin

60 minutes of slow and mindful yin yoga, which takes it’s theme from 5 Element Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Beginners welcome.
