This is a short and sweet online yoga class for those who would love to try yoga, or the seasoned professional looking for a change of pace. Class is donation based, with suggested donation of £3.

Friday Night Feel Good

7pm-7.15pm Online via Zoom

Join me for a short online chillout session which will offer a calm end to the week. We will have guided meditation, Yoga Nidra or relaxation. This class is offered free so that we can all connect.
