Join us for the annual challenge of completing 108 Sun Salutations and raising money for charity. Previous charities supported – Communities Together; Cancer Research; Food Bank.
Fuel the Fire
The summer season is associated with the fire element and this workshop will bring the heat. We will work into spinal mobility and build heat and fire in the core.
Balance Yoga Retreat
We will welcome the start of the autumn season using the 5-element theory of Chinese Medicine. This day-retreat will help to bring more balance to your life through movement, breath and meditation.
