Yoga By Gillian offers yoga classes for everyone from beginners to the more advanced yogi.
Whether you are looking to try out something new, already have a yoga practice, or would like to re-kindle an old interest we will help you get onto the yoga mat.
Places are strictly limited, to ensure that everyone receives adequate support and time throughout the class. Your space at class is only secured upon receipt of payment.

Yin Yoga / Thursday / 6.30pm – 7.30pm / Yin Yoga / Prana Yoga Studio, Hamilton – New Block starts 22 February – 29 March (No class on 22 March)
Beginners Yoga / Saturday / 9.30am – 10.30am / Beginners Yoga / Bellshill & Mossend YMCA, Bellshill- New Block starts 24 February – 24 March

Your space is only secured upon receipt of payment. As classes can be quite busy, it is advisable to book and pay online prior to attending. No refunds will be offered if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of start of class.
