Yoga By Gillian offers yoga classes for everyone from beginners to the more advanced yogi.

Whether you are looking to try out something new, already have a yoga practice, or would like to re-kindle an old interest we will help you get onto the yoga mat.

Tuesday/6.30pm – 7.30pm/ Beginners Yoga/ Bellshill & Mossend YMCA, Bellshill

Thursday/ 6.30pm – 7.30pm/ Yin Yoga/ Prana Yoga Studio, Hamilton

Saturday/9.30am – 10.30am /Beginners Yoga / St Gerard’s Chapel Hall, Bellshill

Saturday/10.45am-11.45am /Slow Flow Yoga / St Gerard’s Chapel Hall, Bellshill

Private and Corporate Yoga
