I stumbled into the world of yoga over 20 years ago, looking for a way to soothe my wandering soul and calm my manic mind. It was like finding a treasure chest of balance, strength, and serenity all at the same time. Since then, I’ve been on a quest to share this incredible practice (and it’s many benefits!) with as many people as possible.
My yoga journey has been quite the adventure, and I’ve picked up a few tricks along the way. I’m not just your average yogi – I’m certified in Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Kids, and Lunar Yoga. Yeah, I know, it sounds like a yoga buffet, but that’s the beauty of this practice. There’s something for everyone, and I’m here to guide you through it all.
Whether you’re into high-energy flows, deep stretches, or a little something for the kiddos, I’ve got you covered. Yin Yoga, though, – that’s my favourite because it encourages me to switch off and take a step back from my normal state of rushing around. It helps bring me into balance by encouraging me to embrace the ebb and flow of life.
Yoga isn’t just about striking a pose; it’s about evolving – physically, mentally, and spiritually. My journey is a never-ending one, and I’m excited to walk it with you.
