A regular yoga class should be a welcoming and nurturing experience. I offer three weekly yoga classes in Lanarkshire, and I would love to welcome you along.

Immersive Yoga takes place in Motherwell Library against the backdrop of their stunning 360° Immersive Room. This isn’t just yoga, it’s an experience in mindfulness as you drop into the present moment while you practice yoga. Ever wanted to practice yoga on a beach, or enjoy a slow movement session under the impressive Northern Lights – this is the class for you. Each class ends with a guided relaxation incorporating the Immersive experience and leaving you feeling ready to step back into the real world.

Thursday evenings are all about yin yoga. This class is about slowing down, connecting to our breath and leaving the week behind. You can expect gentle candlelight, soothing aromatherapy oils and calming background music. If you have trouble sleeping or feel the stresses of the week catching up with you, then this is your invitation to unwind.

Whether you’re new to yoga or are returning to the mat, you’ll find a warm welcome and a class to suit you — from weekly Immersive flow and yin to special monthly themes and events. Classes take place in peaceful venues across Lanarkshire including Bellshill and Motherwell.

Hit pause with this soothing and nurturing yoga class, designed to improve mobility, increase flexibility and encourage a deep and restorative sleep. Yin yoga offers more than just a stretch, but a solution to ease anxiety, soothe overwhelm and improve quality of sleep.

Immersive Yoga

Saturdays, 10.15am-11.15am

Embrace the present moment with a truly immersive wellbeing event. Inside the 360° projection of beautiful landscapes you can leave the day behind and step inside a transformational experience that will leave your mind rested, your body stretched and strengthened and a deep sense of renewal.
