Weekly Classes
Currently, Yoga by Gillian hosts two weekly classes in Lanarkshire. Both classes offer a unique practice designed to soothe a tired nervous system and encourage a deeper sense of relaxation.
Coming along to class please wear something loose fitting which you are comfortable to move in. A yoga mat is required for all classes, however if you do not have one, please get in touch and a mat can be loaned to you for the class.

Weekly Classes in Lanarkshire
Thursday evenings are all about yin yoga. This popular class is all about slowing down as we head towards the weekend. Using a variety of props (all provided) you will be encouraged to find stillness as the connective tissues within your body release built up tightness and tension. Afterwards a greater sense of ease may be experienced and many practitioners report having a great sleep after this class.
Immersive Yoga takes place in Motherwell Library against the backdrop of their stunning 360° Immersive Room. This isn’t just yoga, it’s an experience in mindfulness as you drop into the present moment while you practice. Ever wanted to practice yoga on a beach, or enjoy a slow movement session under the impressive Northern Lights – this is the class for you. Each class ends with a Scented Savasana, guided relaxation experience which incorporates the soothing aromas of specially selected essential oils. This class will leave you feeling awake, refreshed and ready to head into your weekend.
