Over the last few days we have looked at some wall yin yoga poses to help you relax at the end of the day. Using the wall to support our yoga practice brings another dimension to it, as we can feel supported completely. This allows us to explore poses in a different way, to hold them for a bit longer and to find that place of relaxation we are looking for – especially in yin yoga.
Today we’re putting all the poses together, with a few extras, into a 25-minute Yin Yoga at the Wall Class. This class is great to do just before bed to help you unwind and begin the relaxation process.
