Over the last 4 days (or posts) we’ve looked at some wall yin poses, and you’ve (hopefully) enjoyed a short Wall Yin Yoga class too. Now we’re taking things to the next level by adding in some breathwork. Pranayama is an important element of any yoga experience and it is a great way to encourage a little bit of calm into the body and mind.
This pranayama is called Sama Vritti and it was one of the first breath practices I learned in my own yoga journey, it’s also one I love to teach in classes and at workshops.
