Yoga is an integral part of my day, and I am honoured to be able to bring yoga to you in the comfort of your own home. Maybe you’re not ready to return to in-person classes, or perhaps you’d like to supplement your weekly yoga class with a some at home practise. Light a candle, put on some chillout music and let’s get started.

Ten to Zen – Yin Edition

Ten to Zen – Yin Edition is a FREE 10-day yin yoga course, where we will work through a 10-minute yin practice each day. Videos will be sent to your inbox for you to work through at a time that suits you during your day. Together we will explore how yin yoga can help to ease symptoms of anxiety, boost your wellbeing, support a restful sleep and release tightness & tension in the body and mind.

Calm Course

Calm offers five specially designed yin yoga classes which will help you to embrace your inner stillness and create lasting tranquillity. Each class has a unique focus, with poses selected to curate a full body and mind experience. Building on the previous classes, each step on this journey will encourage you to look at different aspects of Calm and how it fits into your life. You will have lifetime access to this course and to any future additional content added.

This free online course offers a perfect introduction to yoga as it helps you to build a daily yoga routine. I will guide you through 10-days of yoga practise which incorporate a variety of styles and sequences. Each practise lasts only 10-minutes making it ideal to fit into a busy schedule. There’s also an Accountability Tracker to help you establish that positive, healthy habit and a Journal to record your journey.
